“Flooring never arrived on the day, I waited 6 hours in an empty house waiting for something that was never loaded onto a truck in the first place, if it had been on a truck then it would have been delivered the next day, but no it was another on, you would not load goods onto to a vehicle not deliver them take them back, unload for a day, then re load them, then deliver them. Would you. Regards.”

“Floor was totally different colour from the website. Company weren't helpful in the slightest and only issued a partial refund. Avoid.”

Dear Mr Taylor, Thank you for taking the time to submit a review regarding your order. As explained previously, this product does have a varied range of shading and can look different depending on lighting etc, we do offer to send free samples of products before customers place orders so you can check things such as colour etc before placing your order. Once the goods have been checked on delivery and accepted, unfortunately, the cost of delivery would not be refundable. Upon return of the goods, you have received a full refund less the cost of delivery as agreed by PayPal and our guidelines. Apologies for any inconvenience, we do always advise to take advantage of the free sample service to avoid situations like this.

“Item didn't turn up advisors didn't careless, their antogonistic and don't like been told when their at fault, refused to issue me a refund said I had to put it in writing even though they failed delivery, I claim it back through PayPal, their director seems to be happy with how the service is being delivered also, doesn't surprise me the kind of company it is, avoid avoid avoid.”

Dear Mr Depeche, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We have raised the issue with Tuffnells, it appears they had issues finding the address, they failed to notify us of this so please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. We understand this is a frustrating issue for you, however in light of our recent telephone conversation, we feel it would be best to communicate in writing as staff members do not have to tolerate personal insults and the use of foul language. Following your written request to cancel your order, we have accepted this request and informed the courier not to attempt to deliver the items. We will continue to keep you updated via the paypal case that is now open. We normally process refunds as stated within 3-5 days from the date of a cancellation request, this can take a little longer through paypal if goods are still out in the network but we will keep an eye on this for you and keep you updated. Apologies again for the delay in delivering your items, we accept your feedback and will certainly pass this onto the courier. We also agree that this delivery issue falls far short of the level of service we aim to provide. Please refer to the PayPal case for further information.

“Bought laminate flooring, underlay and ancillary items. Found Mo easy to talk with to cover the order. James answered my call regarding delivery and all went very smoothly with goods delivered both from manufacturer direct and some from their warehouse. Delivered on the day stated to suit my time and in good condition with obliging couriers. Can't ask for more than that ! Good company to buy from.”
