“The flooring was good quality but they messed up our delivery 3 times. To top it off the delivery driver was asked to help me put the flooring in the house as I have 3 kids and my husband was at work because they messed up our delivery day. The driver drove off and left me on a main road with 3 children 6, 4 and a 6 month old baby. If there wasn’t a nice workman passing that helped me I don’t know what I would have done.”

“Thanks for the samples you sent me but we decided the style of tiles would not work in our new kitchen. Regards Peter hardiman”

“Overall very disappointed. The website does warn there may be colour discrepancies between roll widths but the difference is clearly evident, not a nuance of shade, rather a completely different colour. I was advised to send back the offending roll and order a larger dimension roll,at my expense. I decided that due to the costs and inconvenience involved, not to and live with a 2tone conservatory room. Customer service, whilst polite, we're not very helpful.”
