“Very pleased, prompt delivery after being let down by another supplier. I was anxious to ensure that it was actually in stock and customer services went the extra mile and checked with the warehouse. Thank you! I was kept well informed re delivery, and the driver was pleasant and helpful.”

“No problem with the product or the company but BIG BIG problem with the delivery. The pallet company left the pallet on the pavement outside the door to the flats above us, ie. the wrong address and therefore we did not know it was there and he could no way have had a signature. Could have ended very badly but luckily we found it!”

Dear Susan, Thanks for your review - it does advertise curb side delivery on our website, in your confirmation email, this is also discussed verbally when arranging your delivery and then again in a confirmation email that we ask you to respond to i am sorry if this was miss understood.
