“I was let down with my original vinyl order with another vinyl flooring company.I rang Factory Direct Flooring to confirm stock availability, as I only had a few days before my kitchen refurbishment started. They were very helpful, confirmed that my choice of vinyl was in stock. Delivered in 48 hours at very competitive price.”
