“Horrific company to rent apartments from, as they're trying to turn them all into condos, which their subsidiaries can finance the mortgage and underwrite the insurance. Work order waits can strecth into months, even on emergencies, thus making the renters move, violating their lease. All-in-all terrible if not criminal.
