“My experience was pretty good gotta say. Starting out I was worried cause I'm not a tech person at all but the initial consultation felt super straightforward no confusing jargon thank goodness. The design team was very patient while I was trying to explain the aesthetic I wanted I sent them like three different mood board. They actually listened though and the mock up they sent back nailed the vibe on the first try which is rare I think. The revision process was also chill they quickly fixed a few little things like some awkward spacing and a font size issue.The launch was smooth too they handled all the hosting stuff and I didn't need to do nothing except check the final links. The final product looks profesh but still feels like me. Overall it was a good process and I'd recommend em if you need a website that's functional without extra stresss”

“I’d been dreading doing any promo work but my first chat with the project manager at fairmont was super easy and he immediately understood what I wanted. They sent over the script draft pretty quickly which was great. The only hiccup was the music in the first cut of the trailer it didn’t quite fit my genre. I mentioned that the score wasn’t working for me and they fixed it right away without any fuss which I really appreciated since I hate requesting changes. The visuals like the stock footage and motion graphics looked high quality and matched the story perfectly. Communication was on point too they kept me updated just enough without overloading my inbox. I got the final video in about two and a half weeks. I feel like this trailer will actually help get some eyes on my book.”

“I just finished up printing my first novel with Fairmont publishers and wanted to share the tea. I was kinda stressed about the whole thing cause I never done this before but their service team was actually pretty patient with my million questions even the basic ones. The initial proofing stage took a minute longer than I expected I think they was swamped idk but the detail on the hardback cover is lowkey fire. I did find a small hiccup with one of the margins on a sample copy and they fixed it right away no drama. I really liked that they sent updates via text sometimes cause email is just like ugh. The turnaround time for the main batch was basically what they promised so that's a plus. Overall it was a solid experience I'd use them again when I write my next one for sure. Everything went mostly.”
