“Completely Incompetent again
Very poor. They take your details, meet an advisor,sign a contract then ignore you if they don’t feel they can make money from you. They don’t tell you this however they just ignore your emails and calls. A basic lack of any service.
In response they acknowledge fault and offer to pay a goodwill gesture however then fail to do even that. They ask you to sign this and then ignore you.
I have complained to financial ombudsman and recovery Agents ( RESUC .ORG )
Unless MY pension is over £700 k I’d avoid as they are incompetent at service.
It’s shocking how utterly useless a company gets used by unbiased.
Update: Fairstone reached out for more Information to respond. I gave them it then they just ignored me again.
