“Due to changing financial circumstances influenced by personal issues, my finances were unmanageable, at 65 plus I knew had to get this under control; as I was running out of working years. I am lucky in that I have very good health, a state pension, and a p/t job. It felt a bit scary having to admit my dilemma, who would know, what would they think, would I become bankrupt? With the excellent advice from Amin of Faith Solutions, who took me through the process, totally non judgemental, guiding , totally professional, I find myself with an IVA with affordable payments, no more hassle from debtors, enough to live on and cover all expenditure year by year. If circumstances change it can be reviewed, with a personal supervisor. I feel so in control now, my anxiety levels have diminished. Amin was very accessible to discuss any concerns I had, he reassured me each time. For anyone reading this whether you are 18 -75 yrs and in similar circumstances, if you can be true to yourself, totally honest and open with your situation, then take the 'bull by the horns now' and talk to Faith Solutions, you will have a much brighter future, you will never regret it.. “It was an excellent service assisted me and explain everything to me in a way that I could understand the staff were very polite end hard working after all the hard work I was excepted for. IVA I would like to mention in particular Cilla. Excellent customer service I cannot thank her enough. and I’ll be more than happy to recommend any of my friends and family for the service”

“Very pleased with the service. I put myself in a situation where I didnt see a way out from. One night I decided to search over the internet and I found Bobby. I am very uncomfortable to talk on the phone at first and there was an email option , which made me way more comfortable . Once came to phone talk I was so calm and confident. First I didn't wanna go ahead but thank you so much Bobby for not giving up on me. You are a star. The best thing I could get myself into. He sorted everything out for me. Whenever I had a question he was always there for me. Very polite and understanding. My IVA was approved and only can thank to him because he did most of the work. Cannot thank you enough Bobby. I would highly recommend them because they will be there for you whenever you need them and will never make you feel bad for a minute.”
