Orlando OBT's own selfish reasons nor be biased) are: communication, flexibility, adaptability, customer service with no excuses, on time scheduled appts (so patients do not have to wait long periods majority of the time), answer questions professionally, and address complaints (which the company's own employees have a pattern of making complaints/excuses) in a closed office not in front of patients in the waiting room/lobby. This is about the "Patients" who pay for their treatments/services for the highest standards for healing in the whole person, body, mind and spirit. Director Isn't this your Mission to serve, empower and partner with your patients and your community on the path to wellness, transformation and wholeness?
