Each visit in store I'm greeted by lovely, helpful staff and always leave with exactly what I was looking for.
Online is even easier with in store exchanges/returns.
Value for money is great also, what others sell for double the price I can find an alternative at Famous for much less.

I do like Famous Footwear for its price point compared to other brands and I’ve found they last just as long.
Some of the brands like Naughty Monkey and London Rebel are incredibly comfortable.
Sizing is often true to size and returns and customer service is great.
