“Very unhappy. Hard to contact anyone from customer services. You can only email there’s not a number or if there is I cannot find it anywhere.
Order taking way too long still not revived it and was told after I emailed they would look into this but still no reply.
Got a Royal Mail letter today saying an order has been sent but the full postage has not been paid meaning I have to pay another £3.20 for them to complete the order. This is crazy! When you purchase all costs should be included and obviously they have done something wrong sending it out and not paying the correct postage.
I’m happy for someone to contact me in regards to these ongoing issues but I doubt that will happen.”
“Needed a product for a party and despite paying for it well in advance it did not show up on time and the product itself was very cheaply made. I will not be wasting any more of my money on this company.”
