“Extremely disappointing experience and customer service. I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago, and the order wasn't shipped out until yesterday after countless unanswered emails and messages on social media. Now, the tracking status displays the error message "No shipment was found under this shipment number" although it has been 24 hours since I received the shipping notification. I'm not even sure if my order has been shipped out or not, and my emails and messages are again unanswered! I will report this to my bank if I don't get an update soon. This is a terrible shame! I paid a lot of money for my purchase and this is how I was treated? My order number is #1616 if they would like to verify it.”

Buongiorno, come le abbiamo spiegato la certificazione è digitale e non cartacea. La rispedizione ha impiegato tempo in quanto la merce è pervenuta a noi con una spedizione non corretta ai fini dell'esportazione.
