“I wish I could have option to give zero star to this company , service is pathetic and complain team will make your life hell.
I had very worst experience with the company twice. They get your money in advance and then they send someone to clean house.
Team who comes for cleaning will get into property with bad facial expression and make you feel Like you have property in very bad condition and start saying we will need more effort, more money etc.
Pleas Never ever go for this company end-of-tenancy cleaning, please hire someone from bark or an individual who will clean the property properly and then ask for money.
They offer you warranty and extended warranty, which is again a trap, that's just a way to get you to opt for service. These extra money is again useless.
Even after many complaints they didn't do anything, they listen to their team, not what you tell them.
They do all this intentionally and keep delaying. They know that as a Tenant you don't have time to keep discussing.
Finally after many complains I gave up and hired someone else to do the job again and they did perfectely. No complain.
Just don’t opt for this fraud company for end-of-tenancy service. Avoid avoid avoid. Don't waste your money. Better do yourself.”
