This company is terrible. They don’t stand by their products; things are made cheaply with skin irritating materials. I do not recommend them. As soon as you ask for refund they ghost you.

Ordered an item,paid £6 next day delivery,item eventually arrived five day's late. Terrible customer service,should have at least offered a part or full refund on postage. This was my first time and last time of using them.

Such a scam! Ordered multiple pj's for my family for Christmas, never delivered, won't refund and I have no pj's for my family for Christmas. So upset to pay for something and not only not get a refund, but get blown off and no have recourse. These people are thieves! Stay away!

Ordered jacket poor quality and didn’t fit. Now they say it’s in refund policy they never showed one. I wish I had seen reviews before I ordered. They stole 59.00 from me. This is an awful place to order.

I ordered shoes from Fashion World in March 2023. It is now the end of May 2023 and it still says on my account that the shoes have not been shipped. I emailed them to ask if they would send me a refund and cancel my order but I haven't heard anything back! Very aggravating and disappointing experience!
