“Had my car booked in for a sunstrip & tinted rear windows , my car was PRE booked in for 11. 30 , arrived at 11.15 booked car in with reception, was told car would be taken in at 11.30 , waited patiently till 12.05 only to be told by the receptionist ( only because I queried the waiting time) it would be at least another 40 minutes at the earliest as Saturday is their busiest day ( which I understand) so why bother booking people in if they can’t roughly be adhered to ….needless to say I cancelled, not even an apology Awful service for the second time 6 months”
“Dishonest business will try to rip u off doing a half a job and charging you full wak make shor you look at the work befor paying them
And if you want your old exhaust system back make shore you c it in your car and not take there word on it thinking its in the boot and when u get home its not payed £400 thinking its a full system but it was only a y pipe in to one pipe straight pipe didn't make no flang just cut and welded, did a £120 job”
