“Always helpful, easy to contact. My loan application was quick as was the deposit. Went above and beyond to help during a difficult financial time. With COVID. Wouldn’t recommend a loan from anyone else, you really feel looked after.”

“I had to take this loan out of necessity and overall I was very surprised at how quick and simple the application process was. This is the first time I've taken a short term loan and it's not the cheapest, needs must! However, the repayments are affordable. If you need funds quickly I would recommend. Probably not suitable if you are struggling financially.”

“My income has been reduced due to Covid and I was worrying how this would affect my bills. I currently have a loan with Fast Loan UK and when I informed them of my situation they were extremely helpful. My account was frozen and I have been given time to get myself back on my feet. Thank you to Katie for your assistance.”

“Made an application which was pre approved, I understand this may not be 100% approved but to not get an email, call or text if very poor form. Its hard going through financial hardship and applying for such loans so a little bit more care would be nice. I only assume I am not successful as I have not been given any indication. Not great when you took a pay slip off me”

Hi Chris I hope you are well. We are very sorry you have had a bad experience with Fast Loan UK. I have just looked through our logs and can see that we did email you letting you know the application was unsuccessful. Sometimes these emails fall straight into your junk folder, so I'm sorry if this was the case. I can also see that a text message was sent to you but sometimes these can get delayed or stuck in a queue. Just to let you know that all sensitive information provided in your application will have been deleted in-line with PCI compliance regulations. “Very good Loan company. Unfortunately I got behind on payments due to covid19. I spoke to a customer care manager directly and I was able to set up a repayment plan that is affordable. Very good customer service”

“Be careful because this company steals customer data and later sells other data to other companies without permission, No one ever answers emails they don't have a phone number to call!!!”

Hi Seery, we're very sorry that you have had a bad experience with us. I just wanted to make you aware that we do not steal customer data or sell on your data. All our processes are in-line with GDPR guidelines. In instances where loan applications are unsuccessful, we do give customers the option to be considered by other lenders on what's known as a Pingtree. This therefore give other lenders the opportunity to offer you a loan with your permission. At the point where we redirect you this is clearly pointed out, and you would have to accept the terms and conditions before proceeding.

“Provided great service throughout. I am especially thankful for them for helping me when I couldn't afford to make a scheduled payment due to this pandemic. They froze the balanace of my loan and did not apply any fees. Really good lender. Thank you”

“I have used lots of different lenders in the past. In terms of the borrowing process I can't knock it. super easy really fast. If the rates were a bit cheaper it would be 5stars”

“Application was quick and easy, money clerared in my account instantly, all communications were clear and easy to understand. Overall I am really happy. All I would say is the uploading of wage slip section took a while to load but wasn't a big deal”
