“Great app - then when you want to cancel they make it difficult. Cheezy business model. You have to write in to support@….. And I haven’t gotten any confirmation yet that they’ll cancel at all from support.
There is no login button on the website for you to remove your payment plan and schedule (they say there is, and that is false). It’s a shame really - dishonest business with nice app.”
“I canceled the service from day 1 and they charge me the service every 3 months without letting me know. Now I want to speak with someone on the refund, there is no way to get a hold of Anyone. I would give them a zero if it is an option”

And when I reached out to the customer service, they were not willing to give me a refund. I emailed them several times, and they refused to give me a refund. Watch out for this company. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.. I did not get a refund at all.”
“No idea if the service is any good, because I could not access their app on my desktop computer. Only available on a smart phone, which I don't have. When I asked for a refund for "technical issues", explicitly listed in their refund policy, it was refused.”
