“Absolutely garbage company!! Signed up for a 3 month trial with no auto renew and they still charged me a $56 renewal fee!! Caught it the day they charged me and will not process a refund!! Horrible customer service and a complete scam company!! F FastEasy.io!!”
“Awful website. I signed up for a month subscription and then they continue to charge my credit card. It’s a good thing I checked my statements, they even raised the amount they charged me. And when I reached out to the customer service, they were not willing to give me a refund. I emailed them several times, and they refused to give me a refund. Watch out for this company. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.. I did not get a refund at all.”
“No idea if the service is any good, because I could not access their app on my desktop computer. Only available on a smart phone, which I don't have. When I asked for a refund for "technical issues", explicitly listed in their refund policy, it was refused.”
