“I have purchase 3 items totally over $500 which were all great evoeriences. The plant, tree,shrub or vine will always need watering upon arrival due to its journey. The packaging is excellent with arrows on the box indicating the best way to place the box for the delivery professionals. They water the item thoroughly, and put cardboard on top, so it doesn't loose dirt. The item is securely zip tied in place, as to not move.
I highly recommend Fast Growing Trees! When I can't find what ai want at a local nursery, FGT always has what I need.”
“received trees in bad conditions ask for replacements. fast growing trees stated non will be sent out to replace damage trees. sent pictures of the trees conditions but only received little compassion on how they look. trees are place two in one box when shipped. on a $603.99 order they only discounted $36.17 back. order was placed on December 04, 2024 received the final order on January 05, 2025. Will not be using this vendor again. The complete order had sad looking trees. There is no product control done to make sure good condition trees are sent out to customers.”
