The most horrible customer service I have ever experience, refused to refund me 300 euro. Took 150 once for "check" and I was ment to receive money back asap then they took another 150 "by mistake" and I just can't seem to get through to anyone. They are jus too dam useless

I'm now waiting a month everyday theyr saying loaded on van then can't deliver noone here and I am here 24/7.. I can't get a refund from very cos fastway saying they have the parcel fastway have no answerable fone u have to email.they are a disgrace.and to add insult to injury they are delivering to other people in the area 🙄 but obviously lost mine and won't admit it

After several emails to and from Fastway Couriers Ireland regarding a delivery they threw from a van asking me first for the tracking number then for the address and then the name on the parcel all of which I had already given them and I would have assumed they already had they told me to contact the supplier for a refund.

I tried to get paid for an item through the Fastway pay portal and, start to finish it was the dodgiest, rudest experience I’ve ever had. The system kept crashing and when it finally worked, rather than paying me they attempted to debit my account with four separate, totally different transactions, all in Rubles. The woman on chat was so rude, so unhelpful. They also claim to be unable to refund the original amount which feels so wrong.
