“ Parcels constantly marked as delivered when they haven't. Parcels constantly dumped on the door step when there is a MASSIVE parcel box that the drivers walk past. Half the time they are on their phones and just don't look and throw it on the door step, that's if I'm lucky. Some are so lazy they dump it on the pillar in the rain. It's only fastway that do it! They used to be like this for years but then over the past couple years they got better for us but in the last 9 months or so it's gone back to the old lazy service, even the customer service is non existent ”
