“I purchased a cardigan today in your keswick branch and was served by a very pleasant assistant called Caroline and then Ria . Both ladies were extremely helpful ,kind and patient as I am disabled and find it difficult to move around. But they helped me and had a cheery smile which was most appreciated. 3 cheers for them many thanks. Yours sincerely daveenia dorling.”

“Returned a Men’s Polo top to Fat Face in Colchester today. Served by Katie who was lovely. Processed my return effortlessly and was very professional. This is the 2nd time in 6 months I’ve complemented service in Fat Face shops the other being at Gatwick Airport. I think the true measure of a great brand is receiving great service in multiple sites, by different staff at different times. Shows how consistent and widespread the great service is. “Ordered online from Fat Face and was impressed with paper bag style packaging - simple, no plastic and no excess. Stores also take your old clothes/shoes and recycle. Good stuff, FF! #eviewreview”
