What did not go wrong ? Orders for specific time and date. Wrong sizes both waist and leg length delivered. Need to be returned. Won’t be resolved until post event. Whoever picked order for delivery was at fault.

First off they only sent 1 out of 2 items I ordered. when I finally got my order it was 2 weeks late and DHL delivery driver either stole the package or didn't care to deliver it. Customer serve sucks and were extremely rude. I do not recommend this business at all. only positive it that the pants did fit but were made cheaply. typical European clothing brands.

Terrible delivery system. They don’t give you a date of when they’re delivering. Then I get an email at 10:35 saying it will be delivered between 12:10-14:00 so I get home at 12 and the delivery driver came at 11:10! Now can’t re deliver for 7 days. Absolutely ridiculous delivery service.

Had email telling me item had been shipped, then email from the courier last night and again this morning telling me when item would be delivered (today by 4pm) Waited for delivery, at around 3pm I have email and text message from Father and Sons telling me order cancelled (no stock) and they have refunded me (this is after order confirmation on wednesday, shipping confirmation yesterday and delivery confirmation this morning!!).

Ordered a shirt from Father Sons, they sent me completely wrong shirt, then I had to parcel up and drop off at a delivery point that was 3 miles away, before they would send me the correct item. Terrible customer service. Avoid
