“ Bad service, bad quality. ”

“ Purchased from them many times and quality is ok but sizing varies a lot. Moved out of UK and then found out their return and exchange policy is a total rip off and customer service sucks despite being a clear, long term customer. Been put off from ever buying again as a result. ”

“ Clothes are excellent !! Love the quality and fit . However , The return policy and customer service is absolutely terrible !!! They don't send way bill info in the package , as they say the will , This prevents you from returning the item. I have sent well over 20 emails with no reply's . This is so unfortunate that they operate like this , I would have been a customer for life , sadly I won't purchase from them ever again. ”

“ Terrible delivery system. They don’t give you a date of when they’re delivering. Then I get an email at 10:35 saying it will be delivered between 12:10-14:00 so I get home at 12 and the delivery driver came at 11:10! Now can’t re deliver for 7 days. Absolutely ridiculous delivery service. ”
