FEDEX EXPRESS, Slough Reviews

"I had been struggling with a situation that kept getting more frustrating by the day, and I honestly didn’t know who I could rely on for the right help. After going through several options that didn’t meet my expectations, I decided to keep searching until I found something more convincing. That’s when I discovered ERF.

From the moment I contacted them, I could tell they were different. Their response was prompt, and they handled my concerns with a high level of professionalism. They took their time to understand my situation properly and didn’t rush into conclusions, which I really appreciated.

What made the biggest difference for me was their clear communication and the way they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never felt left in the dark, and that gave me a lot of confidence in their work.

Overall, my experience with ERF was very positive. I’m glad I made the decision to reach out, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team that actually delivers on their promises."

"Their online tracking is not kept up to date and not the first time I've experienced this I have a package that showed sitting in the same place for nearly a week with no movement it was a gift for someone that has now passed and I still do not have the package it was ordered on the 6th today is the 22nd it's not anywhere near the estimated delivery date as when I ordered it and I still do not have it however oddly i placed orders from the same vendor that were shipped through the same carrier FedEx after this particular order and I received those but still haven't received the first order so if you're needing something by a certain date I would think twice if FedEx is the carrier"
