“Ordered some hardware online. They charged my account immediately, but then didn't tell me that the item was not in stock. I filled out the contact form on their website, but received no reply. I called and was told that they had no idea when the item would be in stock. I then cancelled the order. 3 days later there was still no action on my refund, so I called and was told it would be taken care of immediately, but a day later and there still is no change.”
