“This company are head and shoulders above the rest - exceptional staff, gold standard service and great pricing. Returned from holiday at T5 Heathrow to discover to my embarrassment I'd mistakenly booked the day after to collect my car (I live 80 miles away, and it was a late flight, so I really needed my car to get home). On explaining this to the FHR controller, he quickly reassured me he would do everything he could to get my car, which was miles away in a long stay carpark, and all the keys were locked away in the office safe for the night! True to his word, he rang shortly afterwards to say my car was on its way. I can't thank Faisal enough, as without his help, I would have been stranded. Great company with fabulous customer service. Don't go anywhere else!”

“Such a great service. Communication was really good, all intructions were clear. We met the driver at the at Heathrow airport parking, dropped the car off and 3 weeks later picked it up. Prompt amd efficient service and the cheapest and most convenient way for us to get to and from Heathrow. Highly recommend!”

“Left my immaculate car with Park xpert booked through FHR. Took pictures from all angles when i left it, as i always do. On collection, despite only having 15 mins to exit the car park, i again took pictures from all angles. A day later i noticed damage on both front corners of the colour coded bumper. Checked my pics and sure enough, nothing when i left it, damaged on collection. All my pics are digitally dated and also have location tags I emailed FHR informing them of this issue. They replied and copied and pasted a section from their T&C's to say that the damage had to be reported on collection and that they would ask park xpert to investigate and attempted to indicate that they are not responsible and any issues will be dealt with by park xpert. Despite wriggling out of legal blame via their T's and C's, in my opinion they are morally as responsible as the questionable firms they promote. Use this company at your peril”

“We left our car only to return and it was damaged. We complained before we left and spent time with the chap taking pictures, who informed us he would send a report of the damage. He informed us pictures were taken before the car was moved to the compound so it would show when the damage had happened. In addition we left our car clean and returned to have three sets of footprints in it, driver front passenger and rear passenger foot wells all dirty. The company have said the damage wasn’t done whilst in their care but have not provided us with the before photos which they said they had taken. Never use again”
