This company is failing to refund delivery costs which is outside of the terms and conditions on their website - they are ignoring all emails to customer services and they have no contact telephone numbers. Avoid this company. I will never buy from them, sports direct or hof again.

Paid for next day delivery and 3 days later they have still not arrived! Tracking says they tried to delivery 2 days ago, I was at home all day decorating front hallway, no deliveries or cards put through door. Then not even attempted to deliver for last 2 days. Exceptionally bad service.

Terrible. Ordered x2 pairs running shoes on 05/05, paid for express delivery. Still havent received them (11/05). Tracking link doesnt work. Going away this evening, so no good to me now. still haven't heard from customer support after contacting.
