“The clothing looks good online BUT it's a low quality material. The pockets of the shorts tear easily, and the shirt quality is extremely cheap. A lot of the colors are also not the same as they look online.”
“I ordered a jersey on a sunday afternoon, immediately after sending I realized I didn't upload the decal I wanted on the front of the jersey. I immediately sent a email to customer service asking them to pull the order and let me upload the order. Needless to say they emailed me less than 24 hours later telling me it was to late????? Really, totally unexceptable. its now almost 4 weeks later and no jersey. This place is a scam. They say they ship 8 to 10 days. WRONG! No response from this company either. DO NOT USE MOVE ON!”
“Terrible company to work with. Ordered 3 jerseys for a soccer team with the plans on trying the sizes and then order a 20 more. When placing the order there was an extra charge for material fee. I contacted the support team and was told they were unsure why the charge was there and how to fix the charge. The rep proceeded to tell me that they don’t make very much on the jerseys so they wanted me to just take on the cost which added another $4. This should have been my first red flag. When I finally received my order from China, the quality was terrible. Seams were extra thick and we knew it would rub against the skin and cause irritation. Stitching was subpar and thread was sticking out. I knew these would not hold up and would be looking to replace badly deteriorating jerseys within a year. The pattern on the jersey looked like low resolution. Not to mention the material was very heavy feeling. I immediately contacted the representative and expressed my concerns. They informed me that they did not do returns because the jerseys were custom even though no names, numbers or logos were put on them. After a few days of back and forth I was told that returning the jerseys would be expensive to return and I should just keep them. After discussing the cost of the return, I agreed to cover the cost of the return. $40 was the high estimate of the shipping and the jerseys totaled $90 so $50 back was worth it to me. The they went silent and stopped responding. My opinion is they just bully you along the way to accept their terms.
Do yourself a favor and go with a true manufacturer and not a company that outsources. If you look up the jerseys, there are multiple companies that offer the same product. FIITG appears to be a middle man that operates off low margins and therefore cannot accommodate returns of the poor quality products.
We ended up going through epic sports and ordered Joma jerseys. Customer Service was fantastic and the jerseys were top quality.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A SIZE LARGE SHIRT FOR A YOUNG LADY. THE SHIRT ARRIVED WELL OVER A MONTH LATER (PAST HER BIRTHDAY) AND WAS LABELED A SIZE LARGE BUT IS ACTUALLY A SIZE SMALL. THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY EMBARRASSED. FOUR EMAILS SENT BY ME ASKING THEM TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION FELL UPON DEAF EARS. I FINALLY GOT THEIR ATTENTION VIA INSTAGRAM AFTER SENDING NUMEROUS MESSAGES. THEY THOUGHT I WAS LIEING AND SAID THEY WILL "IMMEDIATELY" FIX THE SITUATION ONCE I PROVIDE PROOF OF AN ORDER NUMBER. I DID. THEY THEN REFUSED TO HELP WITHOUT ME TELLING THE YOUNG LADY TO TAKE PHOTOS WITH A TAPE MEASURE OF THE SHIRT TO MAKE SURE THAT I WASNT LIEING. WAS THE YOUNG LADY NOT EMBARRASSED ENOUGH THAT I NOW NEED TO TELL HER TO MEASURE HER SHIRT? THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY TREAT THIER CUSTOMERS LIKE CRIMINALS. THEY NEVER HAD ANY INTENTIONS TO RESEND THE CORRECT SIZE NOR REFUND MY MONEY. ALL THEY DO IS "SAY" THEY WANT TO HELP BUT THEY DO NOTHING. SCAMMERS.”
