“I gave a 4 because the process is not complete. Therefore, I based the rating on the easy process. Once I get the final extension, I can change the rating. It was written that it would only take a few minutes to received the results. Hopefully, this is not a scam. FileTax.com, you may email me another rating after sending me final response from IRS on an extension.”
