“My partner and I lost $400,000 Btc to a fake cryptocurrency investment platform A few months Ago, We had made an investment with an online broker who pretended to work with an investment Firm that helped traders and he literally promised huge profits who at the end scammed us and wasn't even responding to our messages. This really hit us hard to a point my husband had suicidal thoughts. “El peor banco que conozco y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Explico de forma resumida mi caso para que sepan que mi opinión esta bien fundada. Mi marido y yo somos titulares de una cuenta inteligente en Evo Banco y nos fuimos de viaje a Noruega. 2 semanas antes de viajar llamamos a Evo Banco para informar los días que íbamos a estar en el extranjero y el país de destino. Supuestamente, los empleados de la entidad bancaria lo pusieron en nuestro expediente para que, por seguridad, no nos bloqueasen la cuenta. Pues el segundo día de estar en Noruega no pudimos hacer ningún pago porque las tarjeras de Evo Banco eran rechazadas ni pudimos sacar dinero de ningún cajero bancario, en nuestra cuenta bancaria había dinero así que no era por falta de saldo. Llame a la entidad para informar y que me solucionaran lo antes posible el problema. La respuesta que me dieron en las 4 llamadas que hice ese día de la incidencia es que no sabían cual era el error hasta que al día siguiente le informaron a mi marido que nos había bloqueado la cuenta por error. Evo banco nunca nos llamo para informarnos de como iba el trámite de la incidencia, siempre teníamos que estar llamando nosotros. En definitiva, estuvimos en Noruega sin dinero ni poder disponer de nuestros ahorros durante un día entero y medio. No podíamos pagar nada.”
