“We had to make a last minute booking here because the person we had previously hired never showed. I'm really glad we did! The guy was very nice, extremely helpful, and most importantly, reliable. I'm quite happy with the service we got!”

“I only booked the evening before and was very impressed with the service. The driver was great at communicating times for pick up, he was friendly and helpful. This was a very smooth straight-forward experience and so helpful to move things that wouldn't fit in our car boot.”

“Alpha were on time and worked so hard all day to get us moved. We had a vast amount of stuff and they just got straight on with it. They were careful, polite and were even willing to put items such as sofas and beds together at the new house.(take them up on this, we should have said yes to everything!) We couldn’t have asked for a more professional service (at an amazing price) and will definitely be using them when we move again.”

“I've been very impressed with every aspect of this service all the way through. Booking was easy with reminders along the way. The day before the booking, I woke up to find that getting across the country would be simply impossible due to cancelled trains. I called up Find My Man and Van in a panic, and they reassuringly rescheduled me with no issues whatsoever. When the day arrived of my rescheduled booking, it was easy to get in touch with the driver, and he was exactly on time, friendly and helpful. He encouraged me to take a break rather than help him, and carried many boxes full of books down to the van in short order, loading it so quickly and with great care for more fragile items. Even though I had a few extra things I'd forgotten about, he said that was no problem and did not charge extra. I requested to ride back with him in the van to where we would be dropping off the items, and he was very pleasant to chat with along the way, and also helped me get into the van in a very courteous manner. I really enjoyed the trip back and felt very safe at every moment in the vehicle with him. I also noted that he did not answer his phone while driving, did not at any point exceed the speed limit, and was an excellent and well-mannered driver. Dropping off the items was easy and quick. He placed everything exactly as I said, and the whole process was so smooth and fast. He also kindly dropped me back off at home afterwards (a couple of minutes out of his way). Find My Man and Van and the driver both made my experience excellent. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to any friends who may need it!”

“Find My Man and Van were extremely helpful through a stressful moving experience, where the date of my completion changed on numerous occasions. The location for pick up was also changed. Every single time I called the person on the other end, Jack, was always helpful and quick to assist. The website paired me with a driver who offered a reasonable price for the service. On the moving day, the driver, Kamara, and his colleague were pleasant and I didn't have to lift a finger as we moved items out of my storage unit and into my new apartment. They took great care of all of my items and made it simple. Will definitely use again if I need to book a removal service.”

“Great experience! Booking was really easy, we were worried we'd left it too late as it was over a bank holiday weekend, but no problems at all. The staff were very friendly checking in by phone to make sure we were all ready. The man with the van (Ahmed) was incredibly nice and we managed to get everything done with time to spare. Would highly recommend - made the process very easy!”

“Is it possible to give 6 stars? If so, they deserve it. A different service provider (compare man and van) left us hanging high and dry on the day of our move (didn't show up, didn't inform us, didn't answer our calls). After 2 hours of calling around, "find my man and van" hooked us up with a driver in a couple of hours. The people processing the order were extremely nice and helpful. The driver was also extremely professional and efficient. Highly recommend this service to anyone and everyone.”

“I know with these services it can be hit and miss in terms of what/who you get but really got lucky. Had an amazing, friendly and very chilled out guy called Ahmed who was really first rate. Other than the luck of finding a great van driver the overall service was pretty efficient. We were in need of a van fairly urgently and managed to get one booked for 2 hours away from when we needed it. Added our list of what we were going to move in to their web UI and that was it. Reasonable costs, good service and quick responses. Would recommend”
