“I booked a LWB transit and one person to help with a move. I was a bit concerned that I had too much stuff and should have booked a bigger van. I was therefore very relieved when two people turned up with a Luton van. The guys were polite and packed everything very neatly and delivered it promptly.”

“I had a brilliant experience with “Find My Man and Van”. The service was user-friendly, and the instructions provided were clear. What stood out the most was the operator’s friendly demeanour, informative guidance, and professional conduct. These positive attributes influenced my decision to choose this service over another company, where the operator was rude and abruptly ended our conversation. I appreciate the transparency regarding additional charges, which can be negotiated with the driver. The booking process was impressively swift. The ‘man with a van’ who assisted with my move was also commendable. We managed to complete the move in less than an hour. This efficient service further enhanced my overall experience.”

“I've been very impressed with every aspect of this service all the way through. Booking was easy with reminders along the way. The day before the booking, I woke up to find that getting across the country would be simply impossible due to cancelled trains. I called up Find My Man and Van in a panic, and they reassuringly rescheduled me with no issues whatsoever. When the day arrived of my rescheduled booking, it was easy to get in touch with the driver, and he was exactly on time, friendly and helpful. He encouraged me to take a break rather than help him, and carried many boxes full of books down to the van in short order, loading it so quickly and with great care for more fragile items. Even though I had a few extra things I'd forgotten about, he said that was no problem and did not charge extra. I requested to ride back with him in the van to where we would be dropping off the items, and he was very pleasant to chat with along the way, and also helped me get into the van in a very courteous manner. I really enjoyed the trip back and felt very safe at every moment in the vehicle with him. I also noted that he did not answer his phone while driving, did not at any point exceed the speed limit, and was an excellent and well-mannered driver. Dropping off the items was easy and quick. He placed everything exactly as I said, and the whole process was so smooth and fast. He also kindly dropped me back off at home afterwards (a couple of minutes out of his way). Find My Man and Van and the driver both made my experience excellent. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to any friends who may need it!”

“Booked Luis and he arrived on time after great communication. His van was well kitted out and he secured all our items professionally. He was a lovely laid back man and we now have a ‘Man with a van’ who we will be using whenever required. Great service.”
