SO disgusted and furious at your Brentwood branch my mum has paid £10,000 for teeth implants and you have let her leave with teeth that have been glued when she was promised screw in teeth. Absolutely disgusting service. Stay away from this brand.

What a horrendous serviceat FinestDental! Nothing 'finest' about it! Just delays and incompetent treatment. Avoid if you can! I do not recommend this practice. So much stress and dreadful customer service overall. Aweful experience!

Horrendous customer service!! Avoid if you can! I do not recommend this place! they offer to care for the patients. Bad advice and plenty delays with retainers or taking molds! Overall very poor service at FInest Dental

I had to cancel my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I gave over three weeks notice. I have finally received a very dodgy text saying my appointment has been cancelled and my refund processed. We shall see. If not, it’s the small claims court. Be warned. This company is terrible.

Paid upfront for braces treatment in November , no treatments. Provided in accordance with dates and agreed plan . We have been awaiting refund , no one contacts us with regards processing the refund. I Visited the practice telephoned and emailed . No responses or action taken as they promise. They refuse to give out a head office telephone number . It’s is leaving no option but to pursue court action

Getting a refund is a Herculean task. Getting someone to pick up the phone is an impossible job and you have to go in to branches to resolve. I'll be cancelling my direct debit for the treatment I DID NOT receive until someone rectifies this. Worst dentist and worst customer experience by a mile!

Shame I couldn't put a minus. What an appalling company this is. Promised a refund for dreadful work, but now avoiding paying. Should and will be reported to the GDC.

Wish I could give Zero stars , most of the good reviews on here are fake for sure , when I was waiting in the reception area I overheard lots and lots of phone calls coming in, complaining about the service and the staff were laughing behind their desks . I have had a terrible experience at the Bermondsey branch , I paid £10,000 upfront and they dragged me months and months without doing nothing , they left me with no teeth for 6 months ( I’m 35 years old) imagine going to work and meeting clients and stuff like that for 6 months with no teeth !!!! It was horrible and it affected my mental health, I have complained several times and they did absolutely nothing . They were supposed to fit my final teeth months ago but they’ve wasted my time for nothing, the quality of the work is deplorable and the service appalling I wish I’ve never set foot in their branch and wasted all my savings for this unbelievably poor service . SHAME ON YOU management and your staff

Unbelievably terrible phone service which makes booking in appointments painful and no one responds to email. Regretting spending all the money, not an enjoyable experience at all.

Okay, first things first. Yeah the staff are helpful when you first arrive, make you feel at home. But they want your money so why wouldn't they. The treatment isn't the best harldy ever seeing the same dentist. After the work was carried out I've been left with a hole in one of my teeth which I had to sort at my own expense. On top of that I am owed money for work not carried out that I paid for, I keep getting the same excuses every time I ring or email. Like that hope I forget about it and just keep my money. These people are scam artist. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

If I could score 0 I would. At the end of my Invisalign treatment, I attended for my appointment to collect my retainers but they were not there. Called several times and told the laboratory have not sent the retainers. My teeth started moving back as I went months without retainers. I sent two emails of formal complaints and I never received a response. Absolutely shocking and unacceptable. No customer care at all.I wish I never attended Finestdental.

It’s such a shame I have to give 1 star and not the chance to give zero stars.... please avoid at all costs I have a case ongoing for my partner for 3 years and will not answer emails and phone calls now even after admitting fault… please I stress do t use finest dental As it appears to be a company wide problem and not just Winchester

Veneers. Absolutely ripped off teeth fell out with in 3days then a further 3 5in total. They are a cowboy team that tell you everything is going to be good and they will look after you. As soon as they have your money they’re not interested what’s going on with you. Iv complained twice in 7weeks to the email and directly to the manger bianca at Birmingham. She is full of lies and empty promises too. I would stay away from this scam if you knew what’s good for you.

Liverpool St- Stay Awake!!! They have been very nice at the first appointment and easy to reach for new patient, once you signed your agreement. They don’t care anymore, it’s very difficult to book a single appointment as it’s very hard to get through to someone on the phone, I have called many times to reach someone to get me an answer on what is happening next, but nothing. the staff just pass onto next staff, and next staff pass onto another one, it’s very difficult. The Staff- Patrice, she was helping at the first interview, and helped me with all the finance problem, since then she’s totally disappeared, not even through the phone calls. Then she emailed me 2 weeks after, I have replied back, but another week passed, no replies. I have waited more than a month, even now I still have no idea what is going on next, the service is very poor! They only treat new patients good, once you signed and made your payment, it’s very difficult. I want to have a full refund.

Please please please stay clear of Finest Dental Brentwood for Invisalign! I wish I listened to all the bad reviews but it is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have paid over £3,000 for my Invisalign treatment and honestly it has caused me so much stress and disappointment due to the treatment from Finest dental. I signed up to my treatment in January 2018 and after being messed about constantly with cancelled appointments (extremely last minute may I add) or them not being able to find me appointments due to lack of staff. At one point the nearest appointment they told me they had was 7 weeks! On 23rd May 2018 I sent in a Formal complaint to finest dental after all other attempts of resolving this seemed to fail. It had now been 5 months since initial contact and I still hadn’t even STARTED my treatment ! Yet the money was still in there pockets. I am understanding to the fact some of the delay could be due to waiting for Invisalign manufacturers etc although the majority of it was just being let down by finest dentals awful customer service. They dealt with my complaint and I was apologised too for being messed about for 5 months and offered a free teeth whitening at the end of my treatment (yay) I mean this is offered at most dentists at the end of a treatment anyway but I was happy to leave the complaint as long as they ensured there would be no further delays. It is now September 2019. I started my Invisalign treatment in May 2018 and yet again I’m being messed about waiting for aligners, lack of communication and just total stress and anxiety. If you want to waste your money, have to constantly nag your dentists to get anything resolved, a delayed treatment process, a unconfident feeling that they will even be able to sort your teeth out as there is so much disregard to you. Then please go to finest dental Brentwood ! I’m confident that 90% of good reviews are by people who have not yet finished there treatment and are yet to encounter the lack of customer service or people that have had one off treatments and not in constant contact. I have offered finest dental multiple opportunities to resolve this and I’m yet to receive a satisfactory treatment. I hope that finest dental will start taking this seriously and that no one else receives the awful treatment and service a lot of us have experienced already from this practice.

Was not impressed with the receptionist. Asked for water and said was tap water ok waited 2 hours for an emergency appointment, was not even asked if I would like a tea or coffee Not good so quick to take your money! Receptionist are a big disappointment!
