Took way too long to deliver. Not happy. Advertised as next day despatch - took over a week to arrive. When asked to cancel order and refund was told by rep, mats are with courier. When asked why the delay, was told that mats are being made. Not happy with service. Mats are okay

I ordered my carpets and its been such a mission.
It took 3 weeks to be dispatched.
Then it was delivered by Evri to a Post Office. The owner if the post office said he does not accept ervi parcels.
I am not receiving any help from finestcarmats, and they dont want to refund me my money.
The level of service is pathetic.

Apparently as it customised they don’t refund - all we did was select the colour black an black trim at no point did we give measurements so the issue with not fitting is there issue and not down to us.

Awful, firstly I had to remove the round clips and put the ones from my old mats because they didn't fit, secondly the heel pad is totally in the wrong place and I keep catching my heel on it as I release the clutch, pedal, I've contacted then several times and they say there's nothing wrong and sent me a refund of 10%, the mat is now starting to fray where I keep catching it with my clutch heel, so complete rubbish mats and even poorer customer service, give this company a wide berth
