“Terrible customer service. Bad experience with an order. I emailed to get a refund and was met with an email back telling me how I was the one in the wrong. To be fair, I did get a refund,but could've done without the email explaining how I was the bad guy in the situation. Quite unprofessional.
I do not recommend this company, there are better options available elsewhere from companies run by mature adults.
Also, there are grammatical mistakes on their website (' sock draw', instead of 'sock drawer' etc) - never trust a company who doesn't proof read! It shows they dont care!”
“I can't say how good the quality of their products are because the item ordered by me just never came! I received my first communication from them 25th October saying the the item "had been dispatched". On 8th November i asked them for tracking details. They replied to say they had some delays (but gave no tracking or information about the "dispatched" item. Nothing further. I wrote again on 17th November again asking for the courtesy of a reply and tracking details. Nothing. I wrote again on 19th November when my patience was wearing thin and asked what was going on and that i insisted on the tracking information by return. Nothing. I wrote tonight (20th November) asking for my payment back. I don't hold out much hope of a reply from this bunch of totally rude and unprofessional people.”
