“Customer service is top notch - had received the wrong product (happens), contacted the customer service team and received the replacement product within 2 days, and didn't have to return the wrong product - free Doom picture!”

“Absolutely brilliant! I've bought several items from Firebox over the last couple of years, sometimes as gifts and sometimes irresistible things for myself. I've been thrilled with all of them. The Firebox team just seem to 'get it'. I look forward to the marketing emails to see what's new, and there is no other company I can say that for. Practicalities like ordering, despatch and delivery have also been second to none. Well done Firebox team, I love you. Xx”

“I ordered a personalised pillow for my wife's bday. It did arrive on time... but it was NOT what I paid for. Different words than the ones I asked for. I asked for a replacement. ... they said to me it's on the way. ... but I haven't got any confirmation in over 3 days..... so.... yeah! Good luck if you decide buying anything in firebox.com btw.... the occasion and surprise was ruined .thanks firebox”

“My daughter was the envy of her Facebook friends, who were enchanted by the mere thought of Unicorn Tears gin. The geisha bento box was also suitably on trend! Thank you too, Firebox, for the very prompt delivery which saved me from being branded a 'bad mother' yet again for leaving my order to the last minute!”
