“I'm still waiting for my sons birthday present, I paid next day delivery and it didn't arrive, then firebox refunded the delivery and I tracked the parcel to be told that delivery was attempted but no access to property which is rubbish as we have a huge drive that hasn't been blocked all day, there is a post office within 1 minute walk from my house so why would they not leave it there? So disappointing for my son who's birthday has now gone so this will now arrive far too late!”

“A fast service and item arrived as requested on a Saturday. I also ordered the item to be "crap wrap" as it was a gift for my fiancé and certainly makes you laugh when you open the box. I hope the crap wrapper gets a good wage for his skills with selotape.”

“I really enjoyed using this site; even better than the underpants I bought (and trust me, it's hard to find something I love more than pants featuring brightly-coloured scenes of cartoon violence) were the confirmation emails. I'd buy from Firebox again just to giggle at their online correspondence.”

“Great website. Great range of products from the extremely funny through to downright useful. Order was dispatched pretty much the same day and arrived the day after. Would recommend to friends and family - not necessarily to my aged parents though! I made a mistake on my order because the delivery address was different to my billing address. I telephoned and it was sorted out straightaway. Very satisfied customer :)”
