“I stumbled upon firebox.com through another website (dodoburd.com. Check them out too. They're great!) and had about the best online shopping experience of my life. I live in the US, and still, shipping fees were absolutely reasonable, my package arrived in less than 2 weeks and was in perfect condition. Best of all is the friendly humor employed in all emails received concerning my order. I absolutely plan to shop firebox again.”

“Wonderfully unique products that come with fast delivery as standard and Exceptional Customer Service. One out of the many products I had ordered was unfortunately defective and Firebox could not have been more apologetic and helpful to replace the item in record time! “i ought an extra strong screen for my phone , item arrived really quickly and once instructions were read, the screen was really easy to apply. this company are efficiant in their delivery and I found a really amuseing note wishing me well with product. obviously I have not dropped my phone to test this screen but the product and packaging complete with instructions and diagram gives me confidence in the product.”
