“an amazing experience !! i ordered ,i messed up my email address ,i phoned ,i got a human being (this is true),i said that i had not had an email (my fault) so human being sorted me out and said my order was on its way ,i received it next day, well chuffed .THE BEST SITE AROUND .”

“Firebox are fantastic, I'll never have to worry about gifts for the men in the family or for the weirdos in my life! This site has everything and anything- I dare you to not find something you want! The service was great, immediate response to general enquiry with great attitude. The delivery was also extremely quick which was a nice surprise. Generally I detest online shopping, but not with Firebox, it's a dream with them.”

“Unbelievable product. With every person who tried it, you get the usual "I like spicy food", but within seconds of saying that they turn red and start gasping! I even had somebody say that, and 5 mins later he was gagging and dry-heaving into a bin! Potent stuff!! I have only had a small piece myself just so I can say I've had the spiciest chocolate in the world.”
