“Excellent job by Fire box! I received a package that was broken into and the contents were removed. I wrote a feedback to Fire box and they responded by offering to pay me my money back or resend my package! Of cause I wanted a new pack from awesome Fire Box!”

“Firebox are customer orientated and I would definitely recommend them to every one I know. They have delivery and firebox take care in their parcel delivery, adding little extras in each package. I would purchase from Firebox again and they have a wide range of products to suit all individuals.”

“I am a frequently returning customer to Firebox. Every time i have bought with them i have been happy, if not impressed with the products and service they provide. I was particularly impressed with their next day delivery. I recently ordered something just 15mins before the next day delivery deadline and paid £8.99 for next day morning delivery, totally expecting for it to turn up close to 12am (the delivery deadline) but instead it arrived at 10am!! Very impressed! Speedy, reliable service. Will continue to use firebox!”

“The item I wanted was a gift which was out of stock and took quite a while to come back into stock due to it's popularity. However, once I was alerted that it was in stock and available to order, the process ran perfectly. I placed the order and the item was delivered the very next day. It is worth shopping with Firebox if only for their highly original confirmation emails and dispatch updates, which make a great change from the normal boring run of the mill ones!”

“Bought my husband the beautiful orangutan t shirt and he loves it!!!! Lovely quality and arrived the next day was meant to be a cheeky birthday present to be given in July but I couldn't wait to see his face......we love it. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.”
