“It isn't often that people leave comments about great customer service, but I thought this site really deserve it. Every step of the customer journey made me laugh; from placing my order to receiving my confirmation emails. The language and tone of voice used by the team made the experience so much more pleasurable and I immediately shared some of the email content that I received with my family and friends - who are now also shopping on Firebox. Clever marketing tool as I now think of Firebox for all my wacky present needs.”

“Just browsing through the website alone is a lot of fun thanks to the hilarious descriptions on literally every single item. The whole ordering and delivery process is so quick and easy, it almost tempts me back every time to buy more of the awesome and quirky things available on Firebox. Also, if you're stuck on gift ideas, this is the site where you can find something for everyone... that's if you don't end up keeping it for yourself when it arrives.”
