“I’ve been in the Firebox fan club for a good few years now. I enjoy reading every description. Yes, each and every one! The gentle humour that is woven through, always raises a smile. I love getting your parcels, the bag of sweets is a nice touch. I’ve had your mystery boxes for a few years now, I think they are extremely good value, I used most of the items as presents, but I still have quite a few things I couldn’t part with, the unicorn tears gin the salt & vinegar crickets where sent far far away. The iKettle is in constant use, it turns on when I’m on the way home, always at the exact same spot. It’s also great when I say I’ll put the kettle on if you make the drinks. Customer service is an easy 10/10. I had a small bottle of toffee vodka in the alcohol mystery box, sadly that had broken in transit, It was replaced with a whole new alcohol mystery box! Fab service.”

“I just wanted to take the time to give Firebox and their customer service team 5 stars for being incredible in terms of replacing an item. I was disappointed with an item and I emailed them and explained the issue with them and I was sent a reply quickly and with an option for either a refund or a replacement item. The customer service and professionalism from Firebox has been incredible. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the future.”

“I received my order on time, except one item that was missing (probably got lost or stolen on the way). I did contact the Customer Support and got a reply really quick, and received my missing items 10 days after I contacted them. really nice guys, professionnal, and sooo friendly! Btw, also love the mailings with how it is written: serious, but not so serious! Great website, great people, great products!”

“Oh Firebox you've done it again, how awesome you are. I bought a last minute rheoscopic sun, as you do, for my husband for our 3rd wedding anniversary, he used to visit the museum of science & industry in Manchester when he was little, they had a HUGE rheoscopic planet there but some naughty imp smashed it before i got to see it! Now we have a whole sun to play with. He absolutely loves it! Plus, I text the driver at like 9:30 this morning and he rang the doorbell 2 secs later like magic! Legends all round. Thank you Firebox, we love you.”

“I ordered Trolley the nightlight dinosaur and not only did I get it a bit sooner than expected. I opened it full of excitement and it lights up and works really well I love it the changing colors makes it so much better than expected but before using it i broke the little cap by accident since i didn't notice the screw but no worries because it was just a tiny piece so I was okay with it still an amazing product”

“I had a fantastic first experience with Firebox! An issue with an item where a still-capped bottle had mysteriously managed to spill 1/3 of its contents within the parcel was resolved excellently. Specifically I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The speed of reply to my email was the fastest human response from a company I've experienced, and the responder in particular Luca Richiardi was pleasant, kind and helpful and like a flash set up an express delivery of the damaged item free of charge.”

“I bought the double faced pillow for my boyfriend as a birthday present. I ordered it at the start of the week and it just arrived. Safe to say it was definitely money well spent. The quality of the pictures having been printed on to it is fantastic and the fabric and so soft to touch! I love it!”

“I bought a disco bath light for my son at Christmas. Unfortunately the lid could not be undone to insert batteries so I emailed Firebox. They replied quickly and politely and sent me a new item will no fuss or bother. Really good customer service and no need for me to muck about returning the old item. Thanks.”
