“I was introduced to this website by a friend because I was struggling to find people gifts- almost all of which I've now found through this site. I contacted customer service regarding my order as I couldnt apply my student discount, and received a prompt response that the discount would be refunded to me. The parcel arrived within 3 business days, and the courier called me to let me know he had arrived as I was delivering to a work place. The item was well protected and arrived in one piece and, no less, with a bag of haribos in tow.. now that's my kind of customer service. Have reccomended to my colleagues and will be purchasing more shortly :)”

“As usual with Firebox a very fast, reliable delivery - there are a few firms who could take note of this bunch and learn!! The items arrived in good condition and will soon be package up ready for Christmas. I am sure the chocolate anuses will cause a few smile and raised eyebrows - but how cares, its fun and once Gran has got over it I may give here a bite of my Marmite Chocolate bar!! So you guys carry on what you do and what you do very well everyday!!”
