“AMAZING just as described if not better ! Fast shipping was expecting it anywhere from the 21-27 of January but I got it today january 18. Definitely recommend !”

“I am a very happy customer. Although I did need to return the Christmas gift I ordered, Firebox made it so easy and cost free. Everything they state on Shipping and Delivery is true from my own experience and my refund was delivered into my bank account within a week. I will not hesitate to order from them again.”

“Had an issue with delivery and spoke to Luca who sorted it straight way and rectified the issue, unfortunately the postman made the same mistake! Emailed Luca and he got straight back to me with a solution. He was quirky and it felt like a personal response. Amazing customer service and a very happy customer!!”

“Great company to but stuff from delivery's are always on time even around Xmas. If there is a problem with your order they got on to sorting it out asap. I will definitely continue using Firebox.”

“Well, order made 19/12 and received today. But the personalised cushions looks great and quality is very good too. I texted them via WhatsApp and received response same day. Telling me, the manufacturer took some time off over the holidays. It's ok with me, as I wasn't in hurry to get them. But this information should be on their website too.”

“Never used firebox before but they did not disappoint. The dispatch/delivery could have been quicker but everything else made up for it. A great little item which looks good. No issues what so ever, so I would consider using the site again.”

“We LOVE, LOVE the blowpoke - great product. Shortly after giving it as a gift to my husbnd, we were watching a program covering a murder where the murder weapon was a fancy brass blowpoke. My husband and I each gave each other a sideway glance and broke out laughing. It was a funny moment.”
