“Very unreliable people. As other reviewers point out, this business does not reply promptly to inquiries. After multiple calls and texts I scheduled an appointment with their estimator. A week later he came over, inspected my roof, and we agreed on $350 for 2 shingles replacement. I know it is overpriced but I was willing to pay to save myself some time. 3 days later, I emailed them asking for the invoice. They had audacity to send me a contact to sign with $630 on it. Literally for two shingles. They are not responding to my emails anymore and just wasted my time.
I do not recommend this business.”
“A leak in my kitchen had me worried about who to call that I could trust and to do the correct repair. I was SO pleasantly surprised when I contacted Firefighter Roofing. They came the same day, from Dallas to Little Elm, to do a free inspection. Phil Norris found the problem quickly which was a small leak on the roof. He fixed it promptly and did not charge me a dime. He knowledgeable and so informative.
Totally professional and staffed by current or former firefighters and retired military, they will be my absolute go to co. in the future.”
“Honest, ethical, and did my roof the right way. They showed me how the previous roofers had not removed all of the black stuff that goes under the shingles, and after reviewing my insurance paper work, i saw that they had gotten paid to do that. So the last roofing company took money for something they didn't do! Firefighter Roofing, showed me pictures of the stuff, they called it felt, and i saw that THEY had completely removed all of it. The also found places where the wood had been rotting under it, and if they had not removed it, they would have never found that, and I could have ended up with a much bigger problem. Maybe it isnt a big deal to some people, but i really love that Firefighter Roofing only asked to be paid for work they did, and the previous roofing company just took money they didnt earn. If anyone ever asks me, I will recommend Firefighter Roofing every single time.”
