“I ordered a dark blue t-shirts for my new bar and when arrived they was the wrong colour and American sizes which was huge so I sent them back explaining this. There reply was basically you are to keep them with no refund on there mistake so now I will be seeking further action to get my money back. Don't waste your money with this company. Customer service is the worst I've come across.”

Many thanks for your feedback. I have looked into your complaint regarding the order that was placed online via our website. The product that you selected online was the Gildan Ultra Cotton in Royal Blue with your embroidered logo on the left breast. This is one of the cheapest Polos that we provide and we would always recommend that a plain garment sample is ordered before a customised order is placed. Once the order was received a detailed visual proof with your logo displayed was provided and approved by yourself.
We have a detailed Complaints Procedure in place and will always rectify any faulty products quickly and efficiently. In this case once we were alerted to your complaint we collected the garment immediately and they were sent to our Quality Control division for inspection.
After thorough inspection the garments were found to be inline with the manufacturers colour swatches. The sizing specifications were also as stated on our website and the quality of the embroidery was inline with industry standards.
I know that our Operations Department has arranged to send you some samples free of charge to see if there is another product that more suits your needs.
