“Before ordering a Grille Part, I called up to make sure that it was in stock after that was verified. I placed the order it stated, pending for a week. I would call every day to check, and no one could give me an answer of why it wasn’t shipped. I finally had to call my bank for a charge back, if you have an alternative company to deal with, you may want to consider Not using fireplace deals”

“We recently went to a local fireplace store and found a new cover for our wood-burning fireplace. I decided to check prices online and Fireplace Deals had the lowest price I could find. Plus they offered an additional 10% off and free shipping. Saved over $160. The shipment got delayed and they went out of their way to communicate and make things right. Their manager of customer service even called us a few times to reassure us the product was coming and when and called again to personally give us the tracking number. No one does that anymore. I'll definitely use Fireplace Deals again!”

“As a result of the highly professional assistance I received from your Customer Services Agent, Ernesto, I was able to order exactly the part I needed today. I had a number of technical questions and he answered all of them. In particular, he was able to help with dimensions, options for related products, diagrams, availability in your warehouse, shipping methods, and everything I needed to know. Overall, I would say Ernesto is a role model for on-line help. He knows the products and he is an excellent communicator. You’ve got a champion working for you, and you have certainly earned my business today !”

“I had several questions when trying to place an order for a pass through fireplace. I used the LiveChat at the bottom of my screen and Ernesto was extremely helpful. I needed to order a part that Fireplace Deals offered but was not on their website. Ernesto was able to get the item on their website so that I was able to order with the rest of my order so that I was sure not to miss out discount on that item. Ernesto was great working with for we were working together to get this order completes for over an hour but that was because I kept get pulled away and had to be approved for our tax exemption. Ordering the fireplace was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. We are still waiting for the fireplace to arrive.”
