“Great service, really helpful salesman. Good communication after sale agreed while awaiting delivery. Only negative was the car was delivered with the petrol gauge flashing red. Unnerving in a car you don't know how far you can go on a petrol warning.”

Hello and thanks for your feedback. It means a lot to us to hear that you found our service helpful with good communication. The situation you mention does sound unnerving as you say and we are sorry to hear about your experience. We have piloted various different paid and free of charge delivery/collection options in the past to try improve the experience in this regard. However low uptake meant these alternatives were subsequently stopped. We're of course sorry to hear that your vehicle arrived in less than perfect condition. Our dealers are always asked to clean the cars prior to delivery but in certain circumstances this is not always possible. As part of our process we now call, email and text every customer one day after delivery just to make sure that everything meets the customers expectations.
