“Excellent process from start to finish, bit of an “Old man & technology” issue maybe a bit more user friendly would reduce chase up calls. Car was covered in sand when delivered would be my only criticism 👍🏻”

Hello Steve and thanks for sharing your feedback online. We have been 'streamlining' (used loosely) our processes to make them as efficient and straight forward as possible! But we understand where you are coming from about the technology! Whilst striving to comply with our regulators does increase the amount i's to be dotted and t's to be crossed and this seems like the best way to go! We hope the new car is treating you well!
